Blogging is an opportunity. That is why several companies are now establishing Guidelines for Corporate Blogging.

Despite the growing risk, few Asian companies have established policies that formally address employee and CEO blogging.

Since blog is one of communication means, the leader like CEO can use blog to communicate with his/her customers, stake-holders, employees, media, and even with his/her rivals!

It’s nice if Asian companies and CEOs could create specific model of this new media and communications tool.

Folks we are trying to form ABN community and one of efforts is setting up an MyBlogLog account. MyBlogLog’s ABN community members can interact and communicate each others, while we can posses “the live database” of our community members.

It was a dark and stormy night. A techno-geek once called net.god.id has started yet another blog. Budi Rahardjo. BR. Once idolising Leonardo Da Vinci, this geek inherits multi talents from his idol. He�s known as a hacker, a lecturer, a musician (on vocal, guitar, etc), an ustadz, and God know what else.

This time BR blogs with AsiaBlogging: Art and Tech, located at mytechblogs.com/budirahardjo. This is the first blog here bearing the writer�s name as the directory name. This is the first (but surely not the last) blog discussing multi-topics in single blog: art and technology (no wonder for this geek). This is the first bilingual blog in AsiaBlogging, written en anglais et indonesien. This is also the first blog with homework and assignments for the readers (he�s a tough lecturer, I guess). And this is also the first blog here to be celebrated on a Starbucks caf� (Bandung Supermall). Unfortunately, I could not join the party. But we can celebrate the blog by paying a visit and leaving comments there. Welcome aboard, BR!

Yesterday, we launched this blog network officially. It would not be possible without great efforts from all bloggers, contributors and blog administrators. As an information, we have a special section here where we published articles from our guest writers. Again, thank you Wimar Witoelar (site) and Jennie S. Bev (site) for your articles!
