OPML

OPML

You can subscribe to our blog feeds. If you visit blogs, can subscribe to its RSS to get the latest update from your favorite RSS readers. You can also take advantage from our OPML (Outline Processor Markup Language) file.

What is OPML?

OPML, in simple English, is a list. For example, it may be a list of available newsfeeds, which you can then subscribe to.

Imagine you like AsiaBlogging.com very much, and would like to have it all in your RSS reader software. With OPML, instead of entering our feeds manually (all 70+ of them!), you can just enter one — the address to our main OPML link.
Makes a lot more sense isn’t it ?

To be more precise:

  • OPML an XML-based format that allows exchange of outline-structured information between applications running on different operating systems and environments. (OPML site)
  • It is an XML format for outlines. Originally developed by Radio UserLand as a native file format for an outliner application, it has since been adopted for other uses, the most common being to exchange lists of web feeds between web feed aggregators. (OPML - Wikipedia)
