Yessi Pratiwi Surya Budhi

She prefers to be called Echi. Born in a small village Balige, in Sumatra; now she’s a student of ITB, Bandung. Idolizes Surya Budhi (her own father), she always thinks that “life is never difficult if we make it easy, know what we want, and be honest with our own capability.” But she loves challenges! She used to be a waitress in some cafes, as well as a sales promotion girl, a teacher for high school students, a video editor, an assistant for an event organizer (EO), and a project manager for a restaurant and resort in Lembang. She loves writing since in elementary school, and still seeks the opportunity to accomplish one of her dreams: becomes a novelist.

R.Kelly, Gwen Steffany, and Gorillaz are always “turn on” for her. Her other favorites are good films, beaches, books, and beloved persons. She’s still works for Perkumpulan Studi Ilmu Kemasyarakatan ITB (Study Group for Social Science), gets involved in discussions and Stadium Generale to help her see the world from different perspectives. She found it difficult to describe herself, but she’s sure she has great opportunities onward to achieve her great dreams.
